Delivery of goods to the common carrier in good order, as evidenced by the carrier’s receipt thereof, shall constitute delivery to the purchaser. Title to the goods and responsibility of payment for same, including transportation charges, shall pass to the purchaser at the time of delivery to carrier. Our responsibility ceases and all claims resulting from damage in transit, loss or delay must be made by consignee to the carrier. We will render all possible assistance in obtaining satisfactory adjustment of claims. Shipping dates are approximate and will depend on our prompt receipt of all details necessary to complete customers preferences and/or instructions when same are clearly specified.

Prices: All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice and will be adjusted to those in effect at the time of shipment. Minimum invoice charge $35.00. Prices are in US dollars.

Credit terms: Invoices are dated as of date of shipment. Terms are net-30 days. 18% per annum interest will be charged on all accounts past 30 days.
